You can also ring our booking office on 01420 80804. We're open 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday. This is also the number you'll need to ring if you require three tents or more.
You will receive a reservation number and confirmation of booking immediately, and a payment request will be sent via email overnight, asking you to make your deposit or balance payment.
Follow the link in the email to our secure payments (ING Bank). You will receive a confirmation email with a receipt of payment.
A 30% deposit is payable upon receipt of the payment request. The balance is due 10 weeks before departure. If your booking is made within 10 weeks of departure, this is payable in full at time of booking.
Once you've paid in full, please download your welcome document from the website. This provides essential information on directions, telephone numbers, arrival times and most importantly, the pre-order form for food!
