Surcharges & extras.

Bed Linen.
There is no need for you to bring bed linen with you as you can rent this at BoerenBed. The package consists of a pillowcase, a bottom sheet and a duvet cover. Because we like to keep the mattresses and beds clean and hygienic you are obliged to rent a bed linen package. The package costs € 5,95 per person.

Towel Package.
No messing about with soaking wet towels in the suitcase for the return trip. You can rent a towel package at Betere BoerenBed for € 4,50 per package. This consists of 1 large bath towel and 1 hand towel. You can reserve your towel package at the time of booking.

Kitchen Package.
Nice and easy. Rent a kitchen package with BoerenBed. The package consists of 1 kitchen towel, 2 tea towels and a cleaning-cloth and costs € 4,50.

Bicycle hire.
The beautiful surroundings of the BoerenBed farms lend themselves to wonderful cycling trips. On every BoerenBed farm you can hire adult and children’s bicycles. There are also child seats for hire. You can reserve your bicycle(s) at the time of booking. You can only pre-book your bike for the full duration of your stay. Please note that helmets are not provided.

• Bicycle Hire - Adults : € 7,50 per day
• Bicycle Hire - Children : € 5,00 per day
• Child’s Seat: € 3,00 per day.

Children's Furniture.
You can hire children's furniture at BoerenBed. We advise you to indicate this at the time of booking because these are limited on each farm.

• Travel cot € 4,00 per night.
• High chair € 4,00 per night.
• Playpen € 4,00 per night.

Pets.
Pets are allowed on every farm. You can bring your pet with you (maximum 2 per tent) provided that it is kept on a lead. A surcharge of € 4.00 per pet, per night is applicable.

Reservation & Administration Costs.
The tent and other rental prices are exclusive of reservation & administration costs of € 25,00 per booking.
On-line bookings receive a € 10,00 discount per booking.

Cancellation Fund.
We recommend that you opt for the BoerenBed cancellation / insurance fund. Should you be forced to cancel or to interrupt your BoerenBed holiday then this fund compensates you (or, in the case of interruption, a part of) for the hire of the accommodation. Participation in the cancellation fund costs 5.15% of the rental cost plus € 3,00 administration costs.
